Does reaching a level auto-unlock VIP?
VIP invitation is discretionary and may require extra verification, reaching a level doesn’t auto-unlock VIP or its benefits.

Do I keep my VIP status forever?
VIP status is activity-based. We review accounts on a rolling three-month basis. If you’re inactive for longer than three months or your play drops below your tier’s expectation, we may pause VIP benefits for that month or adjust your tier until activity picks up again.

Can the VIP program change?
Yes. Levels, thresholds, rewards, and mechanics may be amended or withdrawn. The live VIP page is the current version.

What is Cashback?
Cashback offers a percentage of your net losses back in cash, depending on your VIP level and weekly net losses.  You are eligible for weekly cashback ranging from 5% to 20%, depending on your level. The cashback percentage increases as you advance through the levels, with Level 11 players receiving up to 20% cashback, for example. 

Exclusions: Certain games, bet types, system abuse, void/canceled outcomes, and account adjustments may be excluded from net-loss calculations. 

Cashback cannot exceed a maximum of 30% of a player's lifetime value.

What is Rakeback?
Rakeback is a reward system where you receive a percentage of your wagering on Mega Dice back in cash. It effectively increases your returns over time.
The rakeback is a percentage of your total wagered amount that is automatically returned to you in cash, with no wagering requirement attached.

4.    Maintaining VIP Status (Rolling Activity Rule):
4.1 VIP status and benefits are based on recent activity. We apply a rolling three-month review of gameplay (e.g., turnover, net position, engagement).
4.2 If a VIP is inactive for longer than three months or does not maintain the expected level of play for their tier, we may suspend VIP benefits for the current month and/or downgrade status until activity returns.

8.2.    To assess a VIP transfer request, we require a short screen-recorded video captured from the original casino account showing:
(i) Statistics for the past six (6) months (e.g., deposits, turnover, win/loss), and
(ii) Bonuses/rewards received during that period.
8.3.    The recording must be uncut, clearly showing the account username/ID and the site’s navigation to the relevant history pages. Acceptable formats: .mp4 or .mov.
